• Addressing the Motherhood Penalty – Women, particularly mothers, continue to face income loss, limited career advancement, and disproportionate caregiving responsibilities. What policies and workplace changes are needed to drive real progress?
• Ending Gender-Based Violence – A woman or girl is killed by violence every 48 hours in Canada. Strengthening prevention, protection, and support systems is critical for safety and equality.
• The Future of Inclusive Leadership – From boardrooms to policymaking, diverse leadership creates stronger businesses and more equitable decision-making. How can we ensure representation at every level?
