Hillary Thatcher is Managing Director, Investments at the Canada Infrastructure Bank, where she leads Indigenous and Northern infrastructure investments across clean power, green infrastructure, transit, trade and broadband. Previously, she was head of Innovation at Indigenous Services Canada and held senior Ontario public service roles spanning Indigenous Affairs, Energy, Infrastructure, and Natural Resources.
