Janice L. Gladue, a member of the Sweetgrass First Nation, has dedicated her career to strengthening Indigenous communities through capacity building and visionary leadership. She is one of the Co-Founders of Rezolution Summit and serves as Chief Operating Officer at TIPI Group of Companies. She is committed to driving positive change through innovation, championing economic reconciliation, and fostering opportunities by investing in people.
