Dr. David Perry is the President & CEO of the Canadian Global Affairs Institute, host of the institute’s Defence Deconstructed Podcast and a co-director of the institute’s DND supported Triple Helix MINDs Collaborative Network. His research expertise is on Canadian defence budgeting, transformation and procurement.
