Alyssa Brierley

Alyssa Brierley is the Executive Director of the National Institute of Ageing. She is a lawyer and public policy professional with more than a decade of experience in public policy, legal service and operations management. She was most recently the Executive Director at the Centre for Equality Rights in Accommodation (CERA), Canada’s leading non-profit organization focused on advancing the right to housing.

The National Institute on Ageing is a Toronto Metropolitan University think tank focused on ageing policy and practice. It conducts research and advances policy solutions to improve the lives, inclusion and financial security of older Canadians.
