Laura Didyk is Vice President, Alberta South and the National Lead of the Women Entrepreneur Strategy at the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC). She is passionate about entrepreneurship, having worked with thousands of business owners during the 23 years she has been with BDC, helping them access the advice and capital they need to grow and succeed. In her current role, she is responsible for the operations of the Bank in Southern Alberta. She is also the National Lead for the Bank’s Women Entrepreneur strategy.
The Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) is Canada’s business development bank and the only financial institution dedicated exclusively to entrepreneurs. Its mission is to help create and develop strong Canadian businesses through financing, advisory services and indirect financing, with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises.
