“This year's conference was particularly timely and well received. The panelists were knowledgeable and had a lot of practical advice on meeting the challenges that the energy industry faces to remain competitive in a carbon constrained world. We clearly need to focus our industry on innovation, increasing our productivity and commercializing new technologies to ensure that our energy needs can be met in the future on a cost-effective, carbon neutral basis. I was inspired by the conversation and the steps industry participants are taking to make that a reality.”
